Your enquiry comes through to Michael, our customer service manager. He looks after the enquiries and the diary, works out what the job actually needs, and sorts a time that suits you.

One thing worth knowing. Quoted work such as a fuse board, a rewire or an EV charger is quoted free with no obligation. Fault finding is different, because we are attending to trace and fix a fault, so that is booked as a chargeable appointment and we tell you what it costs before anything goes in the diary.

What happens after I book?
You’ll get a text confirmation straight away with your appointment details. Before the visit, we’ll send you a reminder and another message when we’re on our way. On the day, we’ll have a look at the job, talk you through the options, and give you a fixed written price, with no obligation to go ahead.
Is the quote free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We’ll come out, assess the job, and give you an honest price. If you want to go ahead, great. If not, no problem at all, there’s never any pressure.
How quickly can you attend?
For standard quotes, we can usually visit within a few days. For urgent or emergency work, we offer same-day and next-day call-outs across Rotherham and South Yorkshire. Just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do I need to be home?
For the initial quote, yes. We’ll need access to your property and it’s always best to walk through the job together so we can give you the most accurate price. Visits usually take around 20 to 30 minutes depending on the job.
