Full & Partial House Rewires
Older properties with rubber or lead-sheathed cabling are a fire risk and won’t meet modern safety standards. We carry out full and partial rewires across Rotherham and South Yorkshire, bringing your home’s electrics up to 18th Edition standards with minimal disruption to your daily life.
What’s Involved
We start with a detailed survey to assess the existing wiring and plan the most efficient route for new cables. Where possible we use existing routes to minimise redecoration. Every rewire includes a new consumer unit, all new cabling, sockets, switches, and light fittings as needed, full testing, and certification. We work room by room to keep disruption to a minimum.

EV Charger Installations

What’s Involved
First we assess your existing electrical supply to confirm it can handle the additional load. If your consumer unit needs upgrading, we handle that too. We install a dedicated radial circuit, run SWA cable to your chosen charger location, mount and commission the charger, and test everything to BS 7671. You get your Electrical Installation Certificate and can start charging the same day.

EICR Testing & Certificates
Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords, homeowners, and businesses. We test every circuit, identify any faults or non-compliances, and provide your certificate the same day. If remedial work is needed, we can usually complete it during the same visit.
What’s Involved
A thorough inspection and test of your entire electrical installation — consumer unit, wiring, sockets, switches, light fittings, earthing, and bonding. We test insulation resistance, earth fault loop impedance, RCD trip times, and polarity on every circuit. You receive a full EICR report with clear coding (C1, C2, C3, FI) explaining any issues found.
